Previously an active teacher, artist, gardener and wild lands explorer, I found myself unable to walk properly, drive, speak fluidly — or even hold a paintbrush.

Rapidly, the vibrant, connected life I once knew slipped away.

There were times I wondered if I would pull through.

But within that great unmaking… something profound was happening.

I disappeared from view and daily life, into a kind of silence where only the Song of Creation was able to call me back home.

I turned inward, surrendering to the only thing that still made sense: vibration, gratitude, and the ancient earth wisdom I had been working with for decades.

I turned to Nature. . . Entered the stream of creation and Let go.

Allowed.

Surrendered to the Flow of life.

There were no quick fixes, only deep listening and an intentional reweaving of Body-Mind-Spirit.

And from that reweaving, a new vision emerged: The FlowerSong Codex . . .

A living body of vibrational symbols, cyclic rhythms, and Source Codes designed to align the soul with the original frequencies of Creation.

In time, I didn’t just recover. I had more vitality, clarity, energy and inspiration than ever before.

Out of this rebirth also emerged AlbaFlora, a foundation dedicated to weaving these values into community service and Earth stewardship.
