Physical Products (e.g., Card Deck, Artwork)

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Refunds will be processed once the return is received

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Digital Programs and Courses

• Refunds for digital offerings are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
